How Do I Upgrade My Account To The Next Plan Level?

You can upgrade your plan level at any time right from the SocketLabs On-Demand control panel at http://cp.socketlabs.com.  Once you have logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Click the View button next to the server you want to upgrade.
  2. Click the Subscriptions menu.
  3. Choose the plan you would like to upgrade to.
    • If you are upgrading from a Free plan you will need to enter a valid credit card to perform the upgrade.
    • If you need to upgrade to a plan above Platinum (2 million/month) please contact our sales department by emailing sales@socketlabs.com or by calling our main number: 484-418-1285.
  4. Your new plan will be effective immediately and your recurring monthly billing date will become the day of the month on which you performed the upgrade. For instance, if you upgraded on 1/13 you will be billed each month on the 13th.
