How to Find Your Support PIN

For phone and chat customer support that is specific to your account, you will be asked for a support PIN.

Go to your Control Panel and locate your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Clicking on your name will reveal a dropdown menu.

From the drop down menu, select “Security.” This should take you to your Security preferences configuration page.

Click the orange button “View Your Temporary PIN”

A pop-up will tell your your 4-digit PIN to give to the Support Team member.  This number is good for 12 hours.

For email support (support@socketlabs.com), you will use your email that is associated with your account.
